Faster immigration clearance at Hong Kong International Airport is now available to visitors who are members of Cathay Pacific and Dragonair's Marco Polo Club.
Eligible Marco Polo Club members can now enjoy a quicker and more convenient immigration experience by using the Frequent Visitor e-Channels, a convenient self-service clearance facility.
Travellers who wish to use this service must first register at the Immigration Department Enrolment Office in the Arrival Hall at Hong Kong International Airport.
The Frequent Visitor e-Channels service is available to all Marco Polo Club Silver tier and above members aged 18 or over, in possession of valid travel documents and a multiple-visit visa for Hong Kong (if such a visa is required).
