This includes both the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups, as well as the FIFA Confederations Cup, FIFA Club World Cup, the FIFA U20 and U17 World Cup, the FIFA Women's World Cup, FIFA U20 Women's World Cup and the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup. 2010 FIFA World Cup, South Africa
Emirates is gearing up for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa following its successful involvement at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany.
In addition to a ticketing and hospitality facility at all matches, it had branding on all official FIFA World Cup publicity material. This year will also be significant year for Emirates and FIFA with the FIFA Confederations Cup, also in South Africa, and two major tournaments in the UAE - the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup. In 2014 the FIFA World Cup will be held in Brazil.
